​Children's yoga is best in the morning before meals. I find that the child is up and eager to learn. Our sessions run between 30-45 minutes twice a week

Mission

​I will travel to you. I am available for child care, at home, parties, special events. I will ask the ages and how many children so this practice will be catered to your child's needs.

When and Where

My name is Jennifer Bisignano and I am YTT trained 200 hours, children's yoga instructor and have a Masters in Early Childhood. Children's yoga teaches children to take a breath, enjoy the journey and be in the moment. Skills are built upon and I see a sense of pride everyday.
